Pre-Order Items

Your order will ship once the pre‑order item(s) are in stock; if your order includes both in‑stock and pre‑order items, the entire order may be shipped together when all items are available, unless otherwise specified.

Canceling an Order

If you are unable to cancel your order within 4 hours, you will have to follow the return process after you receive your order.

Domestic Returns & Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you may return it to us for a refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase. Your return package must arrive at our offices within those 14 days to be considered valid.
A $15.00 (or €14.00) shipping fee will be deducted from all refunds.

All returned merchandise must be in its original, unworn condition with no signs of wear or damage.

In your account dashboard, click “Orders” and select the order you’d like to return.

Choose “Request a Return” and follow the on-screen steps.

Once your return request is submitted, our team will review it within 2 business days.

If approved, you will receive an email with your return shipping label and detailed return instructions.

Ship the item back using the provided label. Be sure to insure your package for its full value, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged shipments.
Please allow 3–5 business days for us to process your return or exchange once it arrives at our office. After we verify that the merchandise is in good condition, a refund confirmation will be emailed to you.
Note: We cannot issue refunds for lost or uninsured packages. Please make sure to insure your shipment fully.
International Returns & Exchanges
