Domestic Returns & Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you may return it to us for a refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase. Your return package must arrive at our offices within those 14 days to be considered valid.

A $15.00 (or €14.00) shipping fee will be deducted from all refunds.

Before starting your return, please review the eligibility requirements below:

  • All returned merchandise must be in its original, unworn condition with no signs of wear or damage.

  • Items must include their original packaging, such as pouches and boxes.

  • Sale items, special orders, and custom jewelry are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

You can easily start your return using your Shopify customer account. Follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your account at michaelnashjewelry.com/account using the email address you used at checkout.

  2. In your account dashboard, click “Orders” and select the order you’d like to return.

  3. Choose “Request a Return” and follow the on-screen steps.

  4. Once your return request is submitted, our team will review it within 2 business days.

  5. If approved, you will receive an email with your return shipping label and detailed return instructions.

  6. Ship the item back using the provided label. Be sure to insure your package for its full value, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged shipments.

Please allow 3–5 business days for us to process your return or exchange once it arrives at our office. After we verify that the merchandise is in good condition, a refund confirmation will be emailed to you.

Note: We cannot issue refunds for lost or uninsured packages. Please make sure to insure your shipment fully.


International Returns & Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your online purchase, you can return it for a refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase. The return package must reach our office within those 14 days to be valid.

Before initiating an international return, please ensure your item meets the following conditions:

  • Merchandise must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging (pouches, boxes, etc.).

  • Sale items, special orders, and custom jewelry are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • U.S. customers may process their international returns using standard U.S.-based return methods.

How to Request an International Return or Exchange

  1. Log in to your account at michaelnashjewelry.com/account.

  2. Select the order and click “Request a Return.”

  3. Our team will reach out within 2 business days via email with instructions for shipment and any required customs documentation.

  4. Ship your return via the most cost-effective tracked method. U.S. returns should be shipped via USPS; European returns should be shipped by the cheapest tracked carrier option.

Please allow 3–5 business days after delivery for your refund or exchange to be processed.


Canceling an Order

If you need to cancel an order, please email us at info@michaelnashjewelry.com within 4 hours of placing your order. We cannot guarantee cancellations for orders submitted more than 4 hours prior. If you are unable to cancel your order within 4 hours, you will have to follow the return process after you receive your order.
