After graduating from Sarah Lawrence College, he launched his first jewelry line, Nash & Nash, which quickly gained recognition in prestigious stores such as Bergdorf Goodman, Harrods, and Saks Fifth Avenue, and was featured in Vogue and Harper’s Bazaar.

After 12 successful years, Michael shifted his focus to learn from major industry players, taking on key roles including Creative Director of Givenchy Jewelry, Head of Product Development for the Metropolitan Museum of Art, and Vice President of Product Development for Tory Burch Jewelry.

In 2023, post-pandemic, Michael Nash relocated to France and returned to his roots, launching Michael Nash Jewelry. His latest collection reflects his decades of expertise and his passion for colorful, stylish designs crafted from resin, sterling silver, and brass. All orders are shipped from France. Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. Processing times may be longer during holidays, launches, or promotional periods.

Orders are shipped via trusted international carriers such as DHL, FedEx, or UPS, depending on the destination, service level, and availability. Standard shipping options are offered at checkout, and flat-rate or free shipping may be available based on your order total and region.

Shipping Rates

• European Union: $10 flat rate; free shipping on orders over $300

• United States: $15 flat rate; free shipping on orders over $300.

• Rest of World: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on carrier pricing, destination, and parcel weight or value.

Pre-Order Items

Canceling an Order

If you need to cancel an order, please email us at info@michaelnashjewelry.com within 4 hours of placing your order. We cannot guarantee cancellations for orders submitted more than 4 hours prior. If you are unable to cancel your order within 4 hours, you will have to follow the return process after you receive your order. 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Domestic Returns & Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you may return it to us for a refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase. Your return package must arrive at our offices within those 14 days to be considered valid.

A $15.00 (or €14.00) shipping fee will be deducted from all refunds.

• All returned merchandise must be in its original, unworn condition with no signs of wear or damage.

• Items must include their original packaging, such as pouches and boxes.

• Sale items, special orders, and custom jewelry are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

You can easily start your return using your Shopify customer account. Follow these steps:

2. In your account dashboard, click “Orders” and select the order you’d like to return.

3. Choose “Request a Return” and follow the on-screen steps.

4. Once your return request is submitted, our team will review it within 2 business days.

5. If approved, you will receive an email with your return shipping label and detailed return instructions.

6. Ship the item back using the provided label. Be sure to insure your package for its full value, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged shipments.

Please allow 3–5 business days for us to process your return or exchange once it arrives at our office. After we verify that the merchandise is in good condition, a refund confirmation will be emailed to you.

Note: We cannot issue refunds for lost or uninsured packages. Please make sure to insure your shipment fully.

International Returns & Exchanges
